The YTM® Method is a registered and recognised therapeutic approach designed to optimise orofacial function and enhance overall facial wellbeing.

Recognised by the Federation of Holistic Therapists, the method is approved for the delivery of specialised orofacial muscle exercises and is acknowledged by indemnity insurers as a credible medical and therapeutic treatment.

At the core of the method is the YTM® Tool — a patented device specifically developed for the treatment of Orofacial Myofunctional Disorders (OMDs). This innovative tool allows for precise, targeted work on the muscles and structures of the face.

Rooted in the principles of stabilisation and normalisation of orofacial function, the YTM® Method supports both the treatment and prevention of OMDs by restoring optimal muscular balance and function.

The YTM® Method is a distinct therapeutic system. It is not is not Myofunctional Therapy, although it works within the broader field of orofacial function.

  • 2+ years clinical experience

  • Current registration with a healthcare governing body

  • Indemnity insurance 

A Structured 5-Stage Process

This results-driven method works through five targeted stages:

  1. Cranial Nerve Stimulation

    Activates neural pathways to improve coordination and responsiveness.

  2. Orofacial Fascial Release

    Reduces tension and frees restricted connective tissue.

  3. Tissue Stretching & Elongation 
    Improves flexibility and mobility of tight orofacial structures.

  4. Lymphatic Drainage
    Supports detoxification and reduces facial fluid retention.

  5. Toning & Integration
