This workshop offers a focused introduction to the YTM® Method through one of its nine core protocols within the full diploma programme.
Designed for those looking to explore the fundamentals, this training provides insight into the principles behind the YTM® approach to optimising orofacial function.
Recognised by the Federation of Holistic Therapists, the YTM® Method supports the delivery of specialised orofacial muscle exercises and is acknowledged within the therapeutic field as a structured treatment approach.
The YTM® Method is a distinct therapeutic system. It is not is not Myofunctional Therapy, although it works within the broader field of orofacial function.
What You'll Learn
In just 3 hours, you'll gain the foundational knowledge and hands-on training to begin prescribing and using the YTM® Tool with children (aged 2+) and adults.
During this workshop, participants will be introduced to:
The foundational principles of stabilisation and normalisation of orofacial function
A guided overview of one core YTM® protocol
Practical application using the YTM® Tool, a patented device developed for working with Orofacial Myofunctional Disorders
Key techniques drawn from the 5-stage methodology, including stimulation, release, and integration

This is an introductory training only. Completion of this workshop does not qualify participants as YTM® Practitioners and does not permit independent clinical use of the full method.
Participants who wish to progress toward practitioner status must complete the full YTM® diploma programme, which includes all nine protocols and comprehensive clinical training.
